25 weeks~ Where has time gone?

Baby Kautz...25 weeks...
Baby Kautz is 13.5 inches long...maybe even longer! That is bigger than a ... I cannot believe I have a baby that is bigger than a football inside my stomach:)

How far along? 25 Weeks
Total weight gain: 13lbs
Maternity clothes? still wearing most of my old clothes - Rocking maternity pants.

Stretch marks? not yet

Sleep: still sleeping great
Best moment this week: Finally  to the 100 day mark until Baby girl is born. Finally moved into our house and have set up baby Kautz's room..now just to decorate. 
Miss Anything? Miss working out...wish I had the energy.
Movement: all the time, it's fun to see her moving from the outside, and to see Justin's big smile when she kicks him.
Food cravings: Donuts and  fruit -
Anything making you queasy or sick: Ground beef.
Gender: Girl
Labor Signs: No
Symptoms: Sleeping is becoming very uncomfortable. I have a very bad pain in my back on one side....Have had it for a few weeks but its becoming a constant pain 
Belly Button in or out? I think next week it will be FLAT!
Wedding rings on or off? On. I love the fact that I can tell if I need to drink more water or not..I just take my ring off, if there is  a mark from my ring I know to drink more :)
Happy or Moody most of the time: HAPPY! Although I have been known to have my occasional moody-pregnancy-meltdowns....They are always over absolutely nothing...a quiet hilarious after the fact...Justin is really good at just letting it go and dealing with it :) 
Looking forward to:  My sister in law's baby shower this week....and soon enough Baby Brancheau's birth! I cannot wait to know what my nephews name is!!!!!!!!!

24 weeks!

How far along? 24 Weeks
Total weight gain:  Baby gained 4 ounces this week..I gained 3 pounds....how does that work?...Total I have gained about 12 pounds.
Stretch marks? Not yet~!
Sleep: This has been a rough week..tossing a lot...plus Baby likes to do gymnastics around 3am and then another show around 7am.
Best moment this week:  Justin being able to feel baby without having to dig into my stomach. We can also see baby making my stomach move...when she is very active. Doctors appointment went great...next appointment is the big GLUCOSE test.. I have Orange...we will see how it goes:)
Miss Anything? Zumba! I know I probably could do zumba, but no energy! I am trying hard to stay active...but by 4:00pm after all the first graders are gone and I am home....the couch sounds wonderful!
Movement: more & more each day! I love it!
Food cravings: Nothing really obvious this week...well maybe pudding :)
Anything making you queasy or sick: Still getting acid bad, not fun! What is even worse is it comes out of the blue and I have to run to the bathroom..so not fun, especially when teaching!

Labor Signs: No.
Belly Button in or out? In-ish
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: HAPPY
Looking forward to: Possibly moving into Baby Kautz's first house! We have our apartment inspected today to see if we can move into the house....:)
This week is also called VDAY week....viability week....babies born at 24 weeks have a great chance of survival...but...lets let this one cook for a bit longer!!!!

Maternity clothes? Sure thing, still regular shirts for most part..
Stretch marks? No...So happy!
Sleep: Sleeping great... strangely not waking up to pee as much
Best moment this week:  Having our scan at Fetal medicine after EIF scare. It was 2.5 hours just of screening but so awesome.. we even got to see Baby Kautz in 3d( Kinda weird)
Miss Anything? ENERGY!!!
Movement: Yes and I LOVE IT!
Food cravings: Fruits :)
Anything making you queasy or sick: nope

Looking forward to: finding a new apartment or deciding we are going to stay here so I can set up her bed :)

22 weeks

 
How far along? 22 Weeks
Total weight gain/loss: 11ish
Maternity clothes? Bought some cute shirts on sale from Motherhood Maternity.. although I don't quite fill them out yet.. I think I will be happy that I have them in a few more weeks
Stretch marks? No
Sleep: Sleeping great
Best moment this week: Having babies first BABY shower!
Miss Anything? Still working out, I know I can work out but I miss my classes! 
Movement: feel her every now and then! LOVE IT!
Food cravings: Nothing crazy
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope
Have you started to show yet: see picture above...I think yes!

Belly Button in or out? In... still getting shallower by the day

Happy or Moody most of the time: happy as a clam
Looking forward to: Doctors appointment this week....We have a few things that need to get double checked!


Also, I don't know how people travel while pregnant! We had a great trip but it is 100 times more draining while pregnant...It may be because we had a 4.5 hour flight, I am 5' 11'' and coach is a lot more crammed. I got so sore while sitting there, I also couldn't bend down to get stuff from under my seat,,,at one point I was so crammed and trying to get under my seat but it hurt my stomach that a complete stranger tried to help me !!!HAHAHHAHA! I love traveling but I think it is safe to say that the next time I am on an airplane will be with my little one :) Our trip was more than  worth it I just do not see myself getting on another plane for awhile!


Our trip to Ohio was amazing! We got to see all our friends and family. The baby shower was a huge success, who knew there were so many cute girls clothes? I cannot wait to get them all organized and hanging in her nursery...when we get one:) As many of you know there are no dull moments with me...about one hour before the shower my friend and I were getting amazing pedis and manis and enjoying a starbucks. On our way to shower we got in a car accident, I was sent to hospital (even though I felt great) just to make sure baby was okay! I know this sounds bad, but I am glad it happened...well not glad...but... Justins dad was able to see Baby Kautz on an ultrasound..everything was perfectly fine and I was only a few minutes late to my amazing shower! My dad says I need to be put in a bubble....he may be right!

21 Weeks...Ohio here we come

How far along? 21 Weeks
Total weight gain/loss: 9 lbs+
Maternity clothes? Jeans and  leggings.
Stretch marks? No :)
Sleep: Sleeping great
Best moment this week: FINDING OUT BABY KAUTZ IS A GIRL!
Miss Anything? Weird to say, but I miss my workouts...cycling and zumba!
Movement: baby girl moves at night and  I love it so much!! Everyone was right when they said it is the best part of pregnancy. The doctor said my placenta is in the from and I will not feel as strong as kicks for a few more weeks, but so far I am really loving the movement I do feel.
Food cravings: Not craving too much, slowly trying to not drink soda. I also get FULL very fast.
Anything making you queasy or sick: I am starting to get bad acid again. :(
Have you started to show yet: Yes..although lots of people tell me that I still don't look pregnant. Hmm...then I just look like I have ate too much?

Belly Button in or out? In for now..but it is starting to look more odd every day.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: one happy camper.
