20 Months

No more nursing!

I cannot believe this....he self weaned off and he is such a big boy now, drinking from cups, eating ALL foods, and sleeping like a champion! I am very proud of myself and my body for breastfeeding for 20 months. With Ava I made it about 8 weeks, which was fine but my goal was at least a year with Nolan. The cluster feedings, the late nights/early morning, mastitis, leaks, public feedings, pain, and everything in between was SO WORTH it.

Fun trip to Ohio- Minus red eye flight with a 1 year old and 4 year old!

Nolan is now in a great Toddler classroom  for the the last couple of months and his growth has been amazing. He is a very active, "talkative", and a lovable friend.
He is trying so hard to form sentences- He still is only using a handful of words and single word sentences. He is trying his hardest to put two words together- "Bye Wa" he loves tto say inn the bathtub- "bye water".

19 months

4 year old

How??!!!

18 months

18 months old~  A year and a half!

I love this age...I really do...they are learning so much! BUT.........this is the hardest age. I believe its one of the harder stages in life because they are active, alert, curious, emotional, learning independece...yet, they are non-verbal, confused, and not confident in their abilities. They like to work alone, when they really need assistance.

18 months- He only nurses a couple times a week...my baby has weaned himself.
He loves having his daddy put him to bed ( 7:30 pm, Justin lays him down...a few whimpers and he is out). When mommy has to put him to bed, he screams, cries, and refuses to ever fall asleep. Daddy has the magic touch

Nolan is an amazing CATCHER. Justin has taught him to catch baseballs, big balls, and all sorts of objects. When he catches the object he gets so happy!
