As I sit here and type about my 20 week old I can't help but remember how excited Justin and I were when I was 20 weeks pregnant. Now here we are 41 weeks later and I just cannot believe it has been that long in such a "short" amount of time. So much has changed. We were taking pictures with our chalkboard in our apartment, now here we are taking pictures in Avas "first" house and soon enough we will be taking pictures at Grandma and Grandpa, followed by our new place in Memphis.
It is amazing and unpredictable how things change. No matter how hard I try to plan things, something is always different. As a mom I am learning to just ROLL WITH IT.
Ava has had one busy week. We have been cleaning our house like crazy to show it to potential renters, fighting off the cold weather, getting pictures taken, rooting on the Seahawks, playing in the snow, organizing clothes, and getting ready for a cross country move.

This week Ava has officially started sitting up on her own. Some unassisted time, but mainly with a hand on her. When she sits on her own she ALWAYS has her hand straight up in the air, funniest thing ever. Either that or she is sitting WAY forward, sometimes making her throw up.
She is a chatter! Loves to talk :) She also is starting to figure out that she can make noises when she wants to. So far she has MASTERED the cough. At first I thought it might be that she had a cold, but no, she just does it and then smiles.
SERIOUSLY...My next post this week will be about our FIVE MONTH OLD!
