Happy Easter

Ava would like to wish everyone a HAPPY EASTER! Ava started her Easter Celebration by going to a great Easter Parade in Snohomish. It was a beautiful day, Ava sat in her jogging stroller or with Nana and Grandpa and loved watching the floats go by. She did HATE all the horns and sirens and drums. 

Easter Sunday will be celebrated with Nana and Grandpa, the Bradley's, Auntie Melissa, Uncle Alex, and Cooper! Ava cannot wait for her first Easter Basket.

Ava misses daddy, and daddy misses Ava but THIS WEEK he comes to Seattle:) He also made Ava an Easter Egg :)

Today was such a fun day. It was 68 degrees, beautiful. It was Avas first time outside for an extended period of time. SHE LOVED it...well she hated the grass, but once she was on a blanket she was fine!

*Today was also an amazing day because she said MAMA for the first time ( She said it 3+ times, only when sad but still so cute)

32 Weeks

So last week I wrote about my Exhaustion....It gets better....No, She isnt sleeping...but believe it or not you get use to not sleeping. I don't even know how I am functioning, but I am able to work, and some what keep up with life. I havent had ANY energy because of lack of sleep so besides working out, taking care of Ava, and eating I do not get much accomplished at night...which is going to bite me in the Butt next week when we are packing up the moving truck!!!!!!!!

This week I cannot thank my parents enough for the help. I have been beyond tired. They have cooked dinner, helped with day to day stuff with Ava, Taken Ava in the morning so I could get an extra hour of sleep, watched her so I could hot tub ( So relaxing), and even helped give her baths. I wish there was something I could do to show how much I appreciate them.

I know we are moving in less than 2 weeks..this still hasnt hit me yet!!! I cannot believe it.

Ava this week:

   Is nearly crawling. Anyday know. She cannot crawl but manages to get around by pushing, rolling, and shifting her weight around.

  Ava got a new bouncy toy and LOVES it

  Ava is 19 pounds. Found out when she had to get her 2nd Flu shot

  Ava is getting her top Right tooth :) Poor girl <-----I believe this may be the underlying cause of not sleeping.

31 weeks

Ava is 31 weeks.

 

 Tired.....exhausted.....worn out.....running on coffee.....feels like I'm up 24/7....sleepy...mo Ty Ty.....All of these words sum up how I have been feeing this week.

Everyone always said "SLEEP now while you can" while I was pregnant, I didn't get what they meant. Then I had Ava .. Seriously best sleeper ever. Just like me :)...So I still didnt get what they meant by "sleep while you can"... Well then that awesome characteristic of hers went away.......I want it back:)
It is hard having a non sleeper, no husband here to help, and a busy life. I dunno how single moms do it. If I didn't have my parents. YIKES. I would be a mess. I seriously can't thank them enough.
Besides not sleeping this week has flown by. We have been playing, working on crawling( can officially scoot backwards), had a play date, her friend Adelyn was born, went to the gym, and nana came home from a long trip.
  This was a fun week. We tried some mixed veggy foods and some new fruit. We then had to stop w the food because of constipation. Poor baby. Some warm water and pear juice fixed that right up :)
We also booked our ONE way flight to Memphis. Exciting and so sad at the same time.
12 more days and we see Justin. We both can't wait.

7 MONTHS OLD

Okay.........Ava is not a baby, not even an infant in my eyes...she is a little(big) person! It is AMAZING! I can already tell this 7th month is going to be CRAZY in the terms of Growth!

 What Little Miss Ava Is Learning Now:

* Loves to BABBLE!!!! She loves the sound of her own voice, and she wants people to pay attention to her :)
* Learning to love tummy time because now she knows how to move around on her belly. Still no crawling yet but she is sure trying. She loves to spin in circles, and even move backwards at times. She is mastering the maneuvers involved, she can lift up on her arms and just started to bend her knees.
* Ava also can stand(when being held) She actually loves to do it. She also can stand and hold on to things, like the table and her activity table (Thanks Auntie).
* This month Ava has regressed in the sleeping department. Ever since Daddy left Ava stopped sleeping. Waking up in the middle of the night to eat, play, or just to keep  mommy up :)
* Ava found out shes expecting a cousin!
* Loves to explore eating new foods
* Sits up without having pillows, and for LONG periods of time.
* Her new best friend Adelyn was born!
* She is now in size 9 Month clothes (Still could fit in MOST 6 months but since we are moving we are going to just switch over now rather than bring all the clothes she will grow out of)
* Ava loves to go to the gym with Mommy
* loves to Mimic people! Her famous one is "Bobble, Bobble, Bobble" and she bobbles her head. She is attempting to wave (and does it sometimes).
* I am trying to have her sign but she has not caught on to that yet!!

At Avas 7 month *appointment (to get flu shot booster) She was 19.08 pounds! Growing so fast.

Look at the growth:
